• Experience: For Diploma holders: Minimum of Seven years post qualification experience in Ship Building/Ship Repair/Engineering companies/Offshore platform/Marine related Engineering companies/Government/Semi-Government Companies/Establishments. Last 2 years in supervisory capacity. For ITI holders: Minimum of 15 years post qualification experience in Ship Building/Ship Repair/Engineering companies/Offshore platform/Marine related Engineering companies/Government/Semi-Government Companies/Establishments. Last 3 years in supervisory capacity.

Supervisor (Electrical):

• Three-year Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from a State Board of Technical Education.
• ITI (NTC) in Electrical or Electronic trade from a state-recognized Industrial Training Institute.
• Experience: For Diploma holders: Minimum of Seven years post qualification experience in Ship Building/Ship Repair/Engineering companies/Offshore platform/Marine related Engineering companies/Government/Semi-Government Companies/Establishments. Last 2 years in supervisory capacity. For ITI holders: Minimum of 15 years post qualification experience in Ship Building/Ship Repair/Engineering companies/Offshore platform/Marine related Engineering companies/Government/Semi-Government Companies/Establishments. Last 3 years in supervisory capacity.

Supervisor (Finance):

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com/ Business Management (BBM)/ Business Administration (BBA) with minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University.
