CDS selects officers for Indian Military Academy (IMA), Air Force Academy (AFA), Naval Academy (INA), and Officers Training Academy (OTA). Conducted twice a year.

What is the CDS salary? +

Lieutenant basic pay: ₹56,100 (Level 10). In-hand salary is ₹80,000–₹1,00,000/month including Military Service Pay, Grade Pay and allowances. This grows rapidly with promotions.

What happens after clearing CDS written exam? +
